What's the difference between "chance" & "opportunity"? Please help clear it!
For example a guest wants to book a tour at travel agency but that day is fully booked. The tour agent will say: Hope to have a chance (or opportunity?) to serve you next time.
Which one is correct?

Either would be fine. "Hope to have a chance to serve you next time" or "Hope to have an opportunity to serve you next time"
The words are synonyms in this context.
