Hi Rahul Let me explain you. 送る おくる send 頂く いただく get (according to this case) means someone does for you something いただいた past form of いただく 車で送って頂いた (Or 車で送ってくれた) Thank you for giving me a lift 頂く is more polite than くれる お電話をいただけますか? Can you call me? I hope you have understood.

Okutte-itadaku is a polite form of “giving a lift”. Past tense of itadaku (いただく) is itadaita(いただいた). Itadaku can be divided into Itada-ku.(いただ・く) Past tense of this kind of words (ex. write か・く bloom さ・く reach とど・く) is “-ita”(-いた) like かいた、さいた、とどいた. I hope my answer will help you.
