It's street language for the sound that tyres on a fast make when you pull the brakes hard. It's the kind of thing US rappers say. It's not standard English.

It's an onomatopoeia , (word that is the sound it makes, like "ding" or "ka-ching" or "meow") for the sound tires make when you brake too fast.
