What's your favorite Vietnamese proverb/idiom?
One of the great things about learning Vietnamese is the wide range of proverbs/idioms? What's your favorite? I like "Đi một ngày đàng học một sàng khôn." Hard to translate literally, but it seems to say you learn more when you get out and do something.

It's nice when I see that you like to learn Vietnamese. In our language, proverbs are golden mines where we can learn a lot with living experience or behaviour. One of my favourite idioms is "Việc hôm nay chớ để ngày mai". It means what you can do now you should try your best to finish it right now, don't let it tomorrow.
