Ejemplo:
Necesito ir a almorzar.
Necesito ir a buscar un regalo.
Necesito ir a conseguir algo.
Necesito ir a comprar un libro.
Necesito ir a ver a mi amigo.
Necesito ir a mi clase de español.

Por ejemplo: Necesito ir a buscar el profesor. Necesito ir a comprar un regalo.
Pero, "necesito comprar un regalo" is fine too

you can say "necesito ir a conseguir" or whatever the meaning of "get" in spanish there are a lot of words which translated means the same verb
