Watch YouTube videos on anything you’re interested in (in your target language). Consider doing a language competition or challenge.

Hello! https://www.languagementoring.com/ has some great information about keeping language learning fun and structured for results. You can find some of Lydia videos on YouTube too. I enjoy using the Mondly app for small, everyday exercises. It shows your progress too! There are plenty of wonderful tutors here on italki that can help you with your confidence and making these new friendships can help with keeping you motivated.

You find motivation within yourself. As for what you could watch, just watch any movie from America you'd normally watch in Russian, in English. For example, the new Aquaman film or something
