나쁜 영향을 주다(미치다) or 악영향을 주다(미치다) , (주다 is informal, 미치다 is formal)
e.g.
A degenerate environment around school areas can be a bad influence on children.
학교 주변의 유해한 환경이 아이들에게 악영향을 줄 수 있다
He's a bad influence
그는 나쁜 영향을 준다. or 그는 나쁜 영향을 주는 남자다.
She's a bad influence
그녀는 나쁜 영향을 준다. or 그녀는 나쁜 영향을 주는 여자다.

If someone named Tom is a bad influence on your little brother, for example, you could say.
1. 톰은 내 동생한테 나쁜 영향을 끼친다/준다. (Tom has a bad influence on my little brother)
2. 내 동생은 톰한테서 나쁜 것만 배운다. (My little brother learns all the bad things from Tom)
#1 sounds a little formal. People say #2 more often in real life.

Yes this is correct. You can also say that someone is a bad influence on someone else, eg. He's a bad influence on her.
