what is the meaning of "so so" and how to use that word?

"So-so" is an expression that is normally used in informal, spoken English and not in formal written speech. It means, "neither good nor bad, but, well, maybe a little bad," if that makes sense!
Here is a scale of terms from good to bad:
excellent, great, good, okay, so-so, not so good, pretty bad, terrible

so in Indonesia is banget it like the word"wah shantik banget" or "enak banget makanan ini "and in English is "wow so beautiful"and "this food so nice"
