Пожалуйста - when you ask someone to do sth. This word also mean "here you are" in answer to someone's thanks.

Particle, used in meaning of
1. Polite request: пожалуйста, дайте мне ещё хлеба! ~ may I have some more bread, please! входите, пожалуйста ~ come in, please;
2. To express polite agreement: Можете передать мне нож? - Пожалуйста! Could you pass me the knife? Here you are! )
3. Request not to do something: Пожалуйста, не шумите. Пожалуйста, не говорите так громко. Пожалуйста, без глупостей. ~Don’t be so noisy, please! Don’t speak so loud, please!
Скажи(те) пожалуйста! (colloq.) – to express surprise, indignation.
Ну, скажите пожалуйста: ну, не совестно ли вам? (Гоголь Н.В).
