What does "the song remains insane" mean?
Is it idiom or it just means "the song is still crazy"?[INTRO]

The singer of the heavy metal band from Minas Gerais,
Sepultura, Max Cavalera will respond for breaking the

This is a twist on the original phrase "The song remains the same". For example, it is the title of a Led Zeppelin album from 1973 - and their 2009 album is called "The Song Remains Insane", which is where the twist comes in. I suppose it implies that their music is just as wild and crazy as it was 35 years previously.
In normal conversation "the song remains the same" is an idiomatic way of saying that you can make a big noise about something, which is fundamentally not changed in purpose or direction.
