"their performance HAS been perceived" or "their performance HAVE been perceived" ??
Hi friends,
Is the following sentence grammatically correct? Should it be "their performance HAS been perceived" or "their performance HAVE been perceived"?
The performance feedback should be communicated in writing so that employees can get an idea about how their performance has been perceived by the Management.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Niwantha!
It is correct to use “their performance HAS been perceived”. This is because the word performance is singular and could be replaced by “it” but not by “they”.
Hope that helps and have a nice day!
