What does this word mean and where exactly it can be used?

I have heard about the word Boro/Boro Baba, that means "go/go man", but what is Poro here?

It means cheeky/brazen/ boldfaced/brassy/ bumptious. We use the word پررو when we feel that a person has been rude to us. We can also use it humorously with friends.

it means you're a rude person! but in the Persian language "Poro" has a lighter negative tone than English.
