What is mean "me avisas sin falta"? I don't know what is mean the word 'falta' in this context.

"Call me, don't forget/miss it"
It is like a warning, either because the speaker has hierarchical authoriry (boss, parents..) or because he or she is warning that if the other peson fails, somehow there wil be consequences.
