People in the lower class society, "Chinese" means cooks or workers in the food-to- go restaurents. In the upper class society. "Chinese" means professionals, smart and intelligent like Doctors, PHDs, Research Scientists, CPAs, Pharmacists, Engineers etc. I, myself is Chinese, I was asked by the Chinese and the other lower class people about my job, "which restaurent do you work for?". In fact I was an aerospace engineer dealing with higher ranking officials. My image to them was smart, hard working and intelligent. In response to the question "What comes to your mind when I say...:Chinese"?". the answer is depending on the class of people you are dealing with,
