I don't speak/read mandarin, so this is based purely on what you have written in English.

1) It is more natural to put the 'usually' after the 'can'.
Otherwise the first examply is about 'usually doing sport' not 'usually improve confidence'.
Both are okay but better with this change.

2) Take out 'the' and both are fine, impair is better.

3) Use 'Do not' or 'Don't', but 'donnot' isn't a thing.

4) Take out 'the' or you could swap 'the' for 'great' or 'much'.

5) is awkward in it's current form although the meaning is clear.  Here are better examples:

Parents and teachers should make an effort to decrease the time children watch TV.
Parents and teachers must make the effort to reduce the amount of time children watch TV.
Parents and teachers must reduce the amount of screen time children have.
