What does 'good call' mean?
A: You should consider doing Lasik for real.
B: Good call. Good call.
Is it "good idea"? Do you say "bad call" for bad ideas too?

"Good call" is something you say to someone if they made or suggested a decision you thought was good, especially if you were just about to do the opposite and they corrected you. "Bad call" is not normally used like this. They are both used, however, for describing the decisions of referees in sports.
Examples
Thanks, man. I almost drank that poison. Good call.
I like that referee. He only makes good calls.
The game had obviously been rigged beforehand, judging from all the referee's bad calls. The audience might riot if he keeps this up.
