"Is it right?" is more right.

both is good. usually people use "correct" for a test like, "is my answer correct?" and "right" for other use like, "is it right to talk to him like that?". but there are some people who swap them and it still makes sense.
both is good, they're still grammatically correct, and people still understand which ever word you use.

They might have different meanings
Is it correct? (May be referred to the correctness of the phrase etc.)
Is it right? (referred to the emotional sensation)
