what does mean 나한테?
something that I see curious for me is that have 한 can you tell me the rules for exemple 말한 happen the same.

You thought too much about 한 in 나한테
It has nothing to do with 한 conjugation of 하다 verb
한테 is a colloquial form of 에게. It is usually used after a noun of person or animal.
나한테 = 나에게 (to me)
e.g.
잘못이 누구한테 있는지 선생님께 물어보자.
나한테 어려운 사람들을 도울 수 있는 힘이 있었으면 좋겠다.
나한테 돈만 많다면 하고 싶은 일이 많다.
가: 혹시 내 참고서 너한테 있니?
나: 아니. 저번에 너한테 돌려줬잖아.
너한테 할 말이 있는데 시간 있니?
민준이는 여자 친구한테 줄 선물을 골랐다.
지수는 아이가 너무 귀여워 아이한테 뽀뽀를 했다.
가: 학교 끝나고 시내에 놀러 가자.
나: 그래? 엄마한테 전화해서 물어보고.
