You speak English very well! I have no problems with your pronunciation but if I were to nitpick (keep in mind these corrections are for American English):
0:35 - "So, let's get started." When you say "started", you emphasize the "RT" as if using the tip of your tongue to make the "R" sound and you kind of attack the "t". We typically relax the tongue and let the "R" come out rather lazily and we sound the "T" almost as if it were a "D". In fact, most of your "R"s are somewhat nasal and would sound more natural if the sound was contained in the back of your mouth at the throat.
0:50 - "...all go through difficult periods..." The same goes for your pronunciation of the letter "L". It sounds like you're using the tip of your tongue forcefully against the roof of your mouth to make the "L" sound. It should be pronounced lazily, like the "R", by lightly tapping the roof of your mouth as you pronounce it.
1:00 - "...help his friends..." When you pronounce the "H" I can hear the "KH" sound, as if you're almost pressing the back of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Open your airway like you do when you're breathing warm air onto glass to make fog or like you do when you're out of breath.
1:10 - "you're" This should be pronounced like "you are" but skip the "A" sound and pronounce the "R" as I mentioned above.
1:10 - "the" Common among foreign speakers, your "TH" sounds like "D".
1:30 - "second" You emphasize the "O" sound but we tend to pronounce as little of that sound as possible, like "sec'nd"
1:35 - "the extra mile in order to help" The same issue with the "R" in "extra" and "order" and the "H" in "help"
1:40 - "is" you pronounce the "S" like the "S" in "snake" but we tend to pronounce this like a "Z" when saying "is".
This should be enough for now...good luck and keep at it!

The use of "gonna" rather than "going to" clashes with your otherwise very careful pronunciation.

Generally very good and a nice soft accent - most of the speaking is well paced which makes you easy to understand - a few things I did pick up - at one point you talk about two "parties" - in the singular you say "part" - it should be "party". You also refer to something not being "convenient" for a friend which doesn't really make sense - you would be better to say this thing might not be "right" for the friend. You use the word "cause" - please don't, it's "because". Lastly, you say "sometime lifes starts in the way" - you mean to say "sometimes life gets in the way". Otherwise, great!
