So is it natural to say " please have a look at the attached contract I've signed"

It's not quite natural.
I would write, "Please find attached the signed contract".

I agree with Bao but perhaps , 'Thank you for the contract which I have signed and attached.'

“I’ve attached the signed contract you requested” would be better. I think so
