What is the difference between them?

Hi Mraz,
To me, when somebody strives for success, they are taking necessary action and taking risk to get to their goal - They might not achieve it as the gap might be too wide.
When somebody aspires to be great, they may not be doing anything about it - they simply think in their own mind that that that is where they belong.
