I think there's a few typos ... at least to me.
I would read it as "Take care and remain blessed".

As Greg said within his answer, I believe the phrase is meant to be "take care and remain blessed."
This is not a common phrase in my experience, but surely it is said by the speaker to communicate well-wishes towards the audience of the phrase.
"Take care" means to make sure that you are treating your body and mind properly, while "remain blessed" signals a hope from the speaker that you (or whichever other audience to whom they are speaking) will remain in G-d's good graces.
