Hi Derrik. When you say “Americans” you are usually talking about US native people. So in Spanish you have to clarify wether is north or south America and man or woman. Then, in Spanish would be: “Eres Nor/sur americano?” / “Tu eres Nor/sur americano?” For men “Eres Nor/sur americana?” / “ Tu eres Nor/sur americana?” For Hope it helps
