Depend on / depend upon
Is there any difference between depends on and depends upon? Thank you in advance.

They are both correct English. "Depends upon" is more formal and will be preferred for some phrases, but you will be fine using either.
An example is "That depends upon how you feel" or "That depends on how you feel". They both work.
