Can I say and write" Many thanks"

Yes, although you would say “your” or “their” support in that phrase. Them can’t be used in that way.

You may certainly write, "Many thanks for your support." but saying, "Many thanks." is a bit formal for everyday speech and not often used this way. I suggest using it in writing but not in speech. "Thanks so much." or "I can't thank you enough." sound more natural in actual conversation.
