As a British English speaker 'sleep', 'eye bogey' or 'sleep dust' depending on where you're from in the UK.

I have no idea what B C or D means. So that means that A is the winner, but I call it "sleep sand" from the sandman who put it there during the night :-)

I’ve heard eye boogers and eye gunk, but I agree with Charli, simply sleep is most common.
