Hi Agnieszka,
Mélissa and Shiv are right. When we refer to times, we always use 'at', not 'in'.
At 5:30 in the morning.
At 5:30 AM.
At noon / At 12 PM.
At 3:00 in the afternoon.
At 3 PM.
At 7:00 in the evening.
At 7 PM.
