What does "go screw yourself" mean?

It means that the person talking is rejecting something and usually telling the person that they should leave.
Generally a rejection of some kind. Not polite language. Not to be used in polite company.

A: You should not drop litter here.
B: Go screw yourself. I'll do what I want.
