정신이 없다 could mean many things, such as...
"I'm confused."
"I can't think straight"
"I'm so busy"
"What a hectic day" etc..
About that 엄다요, I guess someone tried to say that in a cute way, but it fills totally cringy to me.

Shouldn't it be 정신이 없어요? I that case, it would directly translate to "I have no mind". I can't think of an accurate English translation, even though I know the meaning.
