Hello Liseth,
The correct way to say it in English should rather be:
" You are everything in my life" or as Fede expressed it :
" You mean everything to me".

i guess one of the best translation is " tu sei tutta la mia vita"
or "tu sei tutto per me"(you mean everything to me)
