Should I say followed or developed an “eclectic model”?
Since an eclectic model means selecting models or items of models from a particular scholar or a scientist, let’s say, when I use the word “developed”, does not that mean that the model is mine? Or it is Okay to use it in this sense? And if I should use another word, then what options do I have other than “followed”?

Developed would sound like you created the model. I would go with I followed the eclectic model, or I used the eclectic model.
