Can some please explain the difference between はじめる and はじまる and the grammical reasoning.

「始める(はじめる)」is a 他動詞 (transitive verb) .
「始まる(はじまる)」is a 自動詞 (intransitive verb) .
Here are some examples with 始める.
7時から働き始めます。I start work from 7.
会議を始めよう。 Let’s start the meeting.
今が始めるに頃合だ。 Now is the time to begin.
雨が降り始める。 It starts to rain.
その花は咲き始めたばかりだ。That flower just started blooming.
Here are some examples with 始まる.
すぐに始まるよ。It starts soon.
何時に始まるの? What time does it start?
夏休みが始まる Summer holidays are starting.
授業が始まるよ。Class is about to start.
どの試合が始まった?What game was started?
