Is it correct to say "I curse you"
Evil queen: Anything to say before you die?
Witch: I curse you. You will go down with your throne. You will never see light again.
Does it sound natural?
Thank you.

It is correct and works fine. Just to
Give you an alternative though, fantasy writing will often use a passive phrasing (and a sort of fake formal language) so for example ‘You are cursed forthwith! or speaking to the crowd - ‘She is hereby cursed!’

its actually not that wrong, yet it sounds better if you phrase it as follows..."I have put a curse on you"...or "Im cursing you"
