How to read polish time
Hey,
I should write the numbers to a written Polish time and I don't know how to form such a example into a number
za dwadzieścia pięć druga
So, "za" is before the next hour, so I think "2 (druga)" is supposed to be the next full hour but is this right?
Jest 13:35? (14 o'clock - 25 minutes)?

Yes :)
1. "po" means "past". For example "dwadzieścia po trzeciej" = twenty past three = 15:20. In this case you need to write the previous full hour.
2. As you said "za" means "to" so we need to write next full hour like in your example.
If you have any other questions feel free to ask :)

Za dwadzieścia pięć druga =
Za dwadzieścia pięć (minut) (będzie) (godzina) druga = after 25 minutes will be hour 2 (2 am/pm).
Only in common speech we omit the deducible words from the parenthesis.
