Susmalı means Hi everyone, I know susmak means to be silent.. But what about susmalı? In this phrase: Söz vermiştin bir ömür boyu susmalı Does this suffix -lı has a specific meaning? Thanks a lot..

Yes it means 'you should/must be silent' . I checked the song lyrics and there are a two options and one option must be selected, so the -lı suffix add this meaning(recommend or must).
