You're a little man with a big mouth and a big chip.
What does the word "chip" in this sentence mean? Is it a shortened version of the expression "to have a chip on one's shoulder"? If more context is required. It's from the movie "Once upon a time in Hollywood". There is a scene where Bruce Lee brags about his physical abilities, after which the phrase I've written above confronts him.
