en Chile "mall" (mól), incluso he oído a personas -muy cursy- decir "molear" como 'ir de compras/a vitrinear a un mall'

Hello Lamees!
In Argentina we say "shopping", we don't use the translation ( centro comercial). For example: "Vamos al shopping a ver las ofertas de temporada" (let's go to the mall to see the seasonal offers)
Some words are taken directly from the source language, that's very common in my country.

Sí, como dice Clara, en España se suele escuchar con más frecuencia " centro comercial". Pero, por ejemplo, en el español hablado en Estados Unidos lo frecuente es "mall" por influencia del inglés. En México, en mi experiencia, es común llamarles "centro comercial", como nombre genérico, pero puedes encontrar centros comerciales que se llamen "Galerías" o "Plaza Comercial".
