Dedication with for or to. ? To/for Ana , my friend
If you dedicate a poem should you say :
To Ana Smith, my best friend.
Or
For Ana Smith
Or
To my friend , Ana Smith
Do all of them work ?
Thank you

Both work, but 'For Ana' is best, I think, as it sounds more like a dedication. 'Dedicated to' sounds better than just 'To' by itself, which would sound a bit more like you're addressing an email. 'Dedicated for' is wrong and doesn't work at all.

Most American writers dedicate their books to someone, so I just randomly grabbed some books from my bookcase and they said:
For my family
To my cousins, Joanna and Ellen Jane
To my sweet granddaughters, Lauren and Sydney
To the thousands of good people who believe in me enough to encourage me with their prayers and support
This book is dedicated with love and gratitude to my wife, Lenore
So yes, all of your examples work.

They all work. However, if you include the word "dedicated," it must be followed by "to." So...
"Dedicated to [name]" <-- Correct
"Dedicated for [name]" <-- Incorrect
"Dedicated with [name]" <-- Incorrect
