I didn't think I'd get caught the moment I walked in.
I didn't think I'd get caught the second I walked in.

All three are correct. The only difference would be how you want to emphasize how quickly you were recognized.
“The second” or “the moment” could imply you were recognized quicker. You could even say:
I didn’t think I’d be caught the very second I walked in.
