Differentiate - recognize or ascertain what makes (someone or something) different.
Distinguish - perceive or point out a difference.
Discern - perceive or recognize (something).
Discriminate - make an unjust or prejudicial distinction in the treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, sex, or age.
Arise - 1. (of a problem, opportunity, or situation) emerge; become apparent. ——- 2. to stand up
Rise - move from a lower position to a higher one; come or go up.
Raise - lift or move to a higher position or level.
