Hola, Nada. Creo que te refieres a "to look down on someone". Se puede traducir como "despreciar/menospreciar a alguien".
Ejemplo:
John looks down on anyone who hasn’t had a university education.
John desprecia a cualquiera que no haya tenido una educación universitaria.
