이것은 or 이거는?
Hello. What is the difference between 이것은 and 이거는? My textbook writes “this” as 이것은 and video lessons on YouTube use 이거는, so what should I use? Thank you!

이것은 and 이거는 mean the same thing, except the first one is more formal whilst the second one is casual (colloquial)
