I would have been a doctor if I had studied hard
Third conditional = used to describe a situation that didn't happen, with the imagined result.
You didn't study hard, hence you are not a doctor.
If + past perfect ( HAD DONE/ HAD STUDIED ) .... would + have + past participle ( BEEN )
If I had studied hard I would have been a doctor.

1,I would've been a doctor if I had been studied hard.
Nope. "been studied" does not work, that would be a passive voice.
His red and black striped hair had been studied for years, but no one could explain it.
2,I would be a doctor if I had studied hard. - Great

Thank you so much I have been so confused about these types of sentences :)

The correct sentence is the second one: I would be a doctor if I had studied hard. It means the person is not a doctor now because he did not study hard in the past.
