They are all fine apart from the last one: 'stresses' is not the right word. Can you explain what you mean by 'stresses' ? Or send a link to a picture?

Hi Zhuravleva,
It is hard to say what is the most natural way to express this without knowing the context but I agree with the other teachers from here. However, if I imagine myself talking to a friend and describing something, I think it is more natural to not have to use "there is" or "there are" all the time. This is what I would say:
She's wearing a red and white striped dress, black and white polka dots, a green and yellow checkered shirt (this is a little easier due to the syllables but not necessary), a plain blue blouse and. denim with stresses on it. I couldn't work out what stresses are so I will leave a link below to some dresses and what I think your talking about.

Hi Zhuravleva, I love fashion, so this is a great topic for me!
They aren't sentences, more statements. But if you were describing them each to me you might say:
There is a red and white striped dress (usually you say the colour first before white)
There is a yellow and green checked shirts
There is a plain blue blouse
There is a denim sundress with (something) on it - sorry stresses doesn't relate to clothing?
If you'd like to discuss further, I have some availability at the moment and I'd be pleased to help: https://www.italki.com/jessicagthree
