alors, "en" is like the thing ur about to enjoy, for example if ur going on a holiday "en" is a replacement for the word "a holiday" i think... i hope this helps

"Je vais en profiter"= le en fait référence la chose dont tu vas profiter. "Je veux en manger" le en désigne la chose dont il est question
