Difference between 推迟, 拖延, 延迟, and 推延
Hello,
I was interested in knowing the differences in meaning between 推迟, 拖延, 延迟, and 推延. To me, they all mean "to postpone, to delay". I was wondering if someone can provide accurate definitions for each, explain differences between the four terms, and provide example sentences.

推迟 is a neutral word, states a fact. For example, there is raining today so the university 推迟 sports meet.
拖延 is to say someone procrastinates
延迟 is to 推迟 to a later time
推延 is quite similar to 延迟
I feel the difference between 推延 and 推迟 is that 推延 usually describe making something keep happening until a later time, but 推迟 is to let something happen at a later time.
