How do I say Bachelor of Arts in Japanese?
So far I have: 大学に日本語をべんきょうしていります。Which I believe means, "I'm studying Japanese for university." But I would like to be able to say, "I'm studying Japanese for my Bachelor of Arts degree." Help please?

I'm studying Japanese for my Bachelor of Arts degree.
「私は文学学士号を取るために日本語を勉強しています。」
Bachelor of Arts=文学士
a bachelor's degree=学士号
「学士号+を取る」(学士号を取得する しゅとくする as the formal way of saying)
It is a general way of saying, like a set phrase.
大学で日本語を勉強しています。
I'm studying Japanese at university.

Bachelor of Arts degree may mean 文学士号(文学学士号?). The word seems to be not common in Japanese. For me, It is more natural to say "I'm studying Japanese for university."
