[I got into a fender bender so I call my co-worker to ask for help.]
A : 여보세요? Hello?
B : ......
A : *무슨 일이에요? What's wrong?
B : 접촉사고가 나서요. I got into a fender bender.
A : *괜찮아요? Are you okay?
B: 네, 괜찮아요. 하지만 ... Yes, I'm okay but ....
It would be better to understand it through conversation. :)

"괜찮아요?"
will be good for pretty much any situation.
"네 괜찮아요"
"아니요, 안 괜찮아요"
will be good for answer :)
