What's the best form to say sometimes in Italian Qualche volta, ogni tanto, a volta

I think the most common is "a volte", but we also say "qualche volta" and "ogni tanto".

"a volte"/"talvolta" - sometimes --> a volte/talvolta non riesco a capirti "ogni tanto" - from time to time --> ogni tanto mangio un gelato
