Hello, my name is Brianna.
How do I say that in a casual way and not annoying and like a greeting in Japanese?? I have no clue how to say my name is Japanese! Please help.

It would be OK to say, "私はブリアナです" (Watashi wa Buriana desu) or "ブリアナです" (Buriana desu). You can pronounce "Buriana" as "Bri-a-na."
Are you beginning to learn Japanese? If so, the u is generally silent in "desu" so it is pronounced like "dess."
